  I have used ATS Chard for all the cars in my family both for problems with tyres and items needing servicing (for the last six years). I have always found the quality of work carried out highly satisfactory and staff have always explained what needed to be done and also told me when things were not necessary. All the staff are friendly and polite and obviously try to be helpful. I have read the negative comment and feel it must have been a bad day on that occasion. To me ATS is" the best garage in the world"
